MEET ARCHIE BRIAN
NEW REGIONAL DIRECTOR: SOUTH ASIA
Being a part of FBA allows me to merge two passions – business growth and social healing – into a singular purpose. I am excited about the potential to support Freedom Businesses across South Asia, helping them to overcome their individual challenges and contribute to a collective impact that transcends borders.
This month, we have the immense pleasure of introducing you to Archie Brian, our new Regional Director for South Asia. Archie will act as a connector for South Asian-based Freedom Businesses, acting as a community builder and conduit for collaboration.
Archie expresses how becoming the Regional Director is a deeply fulfilling step in her journey. With over 14 years in the business sector and 10 subsequent years working against gender-based violence in the non-profit sector, she has a profound understanding and vision for social impact-based business.

Building Connections and Community
One of Archie’s primary goals is to enhance connectivity among existing FBA members. She is spearheading the creation of a community where members can share resources, advice, and support in real time. “This space will allow us to learn from and support one another. Though we operate across different nations, we are more similar than we realize, and through collaboration and communication, we can truly lean on each other.”
Expanding Our Network
In addition to strengthening current connections, Archie is focused on expanding our network by adding new members. She is developing a comprehensive database that will include conventional businesses, enriching our community with diverse resources and insights. Through these collaborations, we can also share the benefits of a healing-centered workplace.
