Rachel
Executive
Director
Prior to her work with FBA Rachel worked for 20+ years as a creative director and business consultant for companies large and small, helping them to launch and grow brands on a national and international level. She holds a Bachelors in Graphic Communication from California Polytechnic University, and a Masters in Ministry Leadership from Portland Seminary. Rachel resides with her husband and three children just outside Portland, Oregon.
KAREN
Director of Communications
Prior to her role with FBA, Karen served as Director of Communications for Pioneers Canada where she advanced the formation of the organization’s vision and execution of its strategy by creatively, compassionately, and collaboratively leading the mobilization base staff and international employees. She will lead development of the FBA Communications Program, including a multi-disciplinary team of content creators and digital marketing experts.
Priscilla
Director of Research
& Impact
Prior to her role with FBA, Priscilla provided legal protection and holistic care support for survivors of human trafficking in Asia. Before stepping into the aftercare space, she worked as a lawyer in the banking and finance field, advising corporate clients on business investments and expansions. Priscilla holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Biblical Counseling and Certificate of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Commerce.
Laurel
Wholesale Program Director
Laurel is leading our Joint Wholesale Program, developing our collection of products from 17 brands and cultivating relationships with wholesale buyers. She has worked in Business Development for two Freedom Businesses: Ethical.Global and Purnaa, developing wholesale and manufacturing accounts. She has also developed wholesale accounts with Estee Lauder and worked as an advocate with the U.S. House of Representatives.
