Kelli worked at United States Customs and Border Protection for over 7 years and became one of the country’s leading experts in international trade compliance. Ms. Thompson has traveled the world leading textile production verification teams on behalf of the United States government.
She is now in the Founder and CEO of an international trading company, Integrity International Trade Consulting (IITC), an international trade consulting company focused on consulting, training, and foreign factory audits relating to Free Trade Agreements/Trade Preference Program compliance. IITC assist companies to move forward in social entrepreneurship and change the lives of others while being compliant with the U.S. import regulations and assisting them save money through duty savings programs. Ms. Thompson’s took her U.S. Customs Broker Exam which had a 28% passing rate and has received her U.S. Customs Broker License.
Larry W. Sharp is the Founder and current Director of Strategic Training and Partnerships of a Business for Transformation consulting firm, International Business and Education Consultants. He served 21 years in Brazil and then 20 years as Crossworld VP of Operations and as Vice President of Business Partnerships. He is currently a VP Emeritus and consultant with Crossworld.
He holds degrees in business and education, and a PhD in comparative sociology of education and administration. His career focus has been in business, education and supervisory roles. While in Brazil he served as teacher and headmaster of the Amazon Valley Academy.
He travels within North America speaking and teaching in conferences, colleges and churches on themes related to social entrepreneurship, crisis preparation, and management and team building. Larry and Vicki live in Seattle, WAand have been married for 47 years and have four grown children and eight grandchildren.
nita is a management consultant and mentor, passionate about business for purpose. Anita spent 12 years in management consulting with Ernst & Young, Accenture, and independently, advising Fortune 500 companies, high growth private enterprises, start-ups, social enterprises and non-profits.
She’s helped companies strategize and execute on highest priority initiatives to improve customer experience, innovate products and services, grow revenue, streamline operations, reduce cost, design organization structure, and develop people. Anita’s advised companies across Canada, US, and SE Asia in financial services, consumer products, technology, pharmaceutical and hospitality. Her work spans business functions including strategy & innovation, product development, sales & marketing, retail, operations, HR, supply chain, IT, and board of directors. As such, she understands the drivers and challenges related to organizational performance from different perspectives.
Anita supports anti-trafficking and purpose organizations across continents at various stages of development and hopes to see more businesses making sustained impact on survivor and at-risk communities. Anita lives in Toronto Canada while remaining her global adventures of travelling and advising.
Quintin started his first business, a leading New Zealand internet and data-centre service provider, when he was 15. He is passionate about the role business has in providing decent work and quality of life for people, and holds an MBA from Ashridge Business School. He has extensive experience consulting with companies on corporate responsibility, sustainability and ethical supply chains. For many years Quintin worked with and remains closely connected to Youth with a Mission (YWAM). A Kiwi, Quintin lives in the UK with his wife and 3 daughters.
Dr Stephen B Morse
Dr Stephen B Morse is an advocate, researcher, educator and trainer, focusing on the prevention of human trafficking by addressing the demand. He is based in Sydney, Australia, with his wife Sarah. Stephen is currently working as a consultant on the male demand for sexual services leading to trafficking, exploitation and slavery. His focus is on the key role that men have in combatting human trafficking, and provides a positive model for social engagement.
